Privacy policy

The short version: this site has no user accounts, runs minimal analytics, sells no data to anyone, and your mock-test answers never leave your browser. The longer version follows.
1. What we collect
Browsing the site requires no registration and no personal details. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views and see which pages people find useful; it records aggregate data such as page URL, referrer, country, and device type. It does not build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not use advertising trackers of any kind.
Practice activity, your answers in mock tests and drills, timers, scores, is processed locally in your browser. We do not receive it, store it, or see it. Close the tab and it is gone, which is also why we nag you to keep your own error log on paper.
2. When you buy a plan
Checkout is handled by our payment provider on their own pages. They process your name, email address, and payment details under their own privacy policy; we never see your card number. We receive your email address and a record of what you bought, which we keep to deliver the plan, handle refunds, and meet tax bookkeeping obligations.
3. When you email us
If you write to omptpractice@proton.me we obviously receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and keep the thread for context. We do not add you to any mailing list; we do not have one.
4. What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the processors named above (payment, email, hosting, analytics), each of which acts under its own data-processing terms. We do not run remarketing pixels, social-media trackers, or cross-site advertising of any sort.
5. Cookies
The site works without login cookies because there is nothing to log into. Any cookies or local storage the site sets exist to make pages function, for example remembering the state of a practice session on your own device. Nothing is set for advertising.
6. Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Support emails are kept while they remain useful for context and deleted on request. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data to delete.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For most visitors the honest answer will be "nothing at all". Either way, email omptpractice@proton.me and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Changes
If our data practices change, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly start collecting more than this page says.
