Chulalongkorn School of Integrated Innovation: OMPT requirements by programme

Chulalongkorn University's School of Integrated Innovation in Bangkok — the only university outside Europe in this table — lists OMPT-B at 65% among the maths qualifications for its international BAScii programme, the Bachelor of Arts and Science in Integrated Innovation. The OMPT sits alongside a menu of alternatives: SAT Math at 600+, ACT Math at 25+, IB Higher Level Mathematics at grade 5+, or A-Level Maths at grade B or better.

With that many routes, the OMPT-B is rarely the first choice — most BAScii applicants come from international schools already holding an SAT, IB or A-Level result. Where the B earns its place is for students without one of those: it is bookable online year-round with 72 hours' notice, where an SAT sitting means waiting for a test date at a physical centre. If your other scores fall just short of the listed lines, a focused OMPT-B campaign can also be faster than re-sitting a whole SAT.

Be clear about what the B involves before choosing it: 64 questions in 150 minutes, over a syllabus that includes trigonometry and integration.
